•    The 50th Anniversary of the Corvette was celebrated by Chevrolet with a special 50th Anniversary option that was available on the coupe and the convertible, excluding the Z06 hardtop.  The package consist of a special "Anniversary Red" paint, a special "shale" colored interior and a special 50th Anniversary badging.

      LS1 350 V8 345 bhp @ 5600 rpm, 350 lb-ft @ 4400 rpm.
  Z06: LS6 350 V8 405 bhp @ 6000 rpm, 400 lb-ft @ 4800 rpm.
